ESSMANN renovation gully washers
can be used on existing old gullies with an inlet diameter of 150 mm to 250 mm. The washer has an inlet diameter of DN 125 and can be expanded using appropriate extension units. To exclude the possibility of backflow in accordance with DIN, the upper section of the washer contains a groove into which a roll ring is inserted when an extension unit is attached.
Fixing the roll ring into the groove ensures that the seal cannot slip out of position. The renovation gully washer is suitable for renovations with additional heat insulation and for single-layer renovations. The renovation gully washer is attached using adhesive that must be applied to the old gully cup by the customer. It is also screwed in place to secure it by mechanical means.
