ESSMANN ventilation and installation units

All ESSMANN skylight domes are prepared at the factory so that installation and ventilation units can be mounted onto them. Various models are available that are suited to different applications and offer different levels of user-friendliness.

ESSMANN servomotor openers
are fitted with splash protection (IP 54) and operated via a multi-switch. The skylight dome can be opened to any height up to 30 cm (other stroke lengths are available on request).

There are three types of ESSMANN servomotor opener:

230 V (spindle), 24 V (spindle) or 24 V (chain)

ESSMANN spindle and lifting openers
The spindle opener is operated by means of a removable manual crank. The skylight dome can be opened to any height up to 30 cm. Manual cranks are available in lengths of 1.5 m and 2.5 m. A removable lifting rod is used to operate the lifting opener.

ESSMANN skylight base ventilators
are suitable for installation in all PVC bases with an installation height of 30 cm. The compact design of the ventilator means that a maximum distance from the water-bearing level can be achieved. The ventilator provides maximum suction power whilst generating only minimum noise. The skylight base ventilator can be fitted with a timer if desired, which can be used to set the ON time to anywhere between 1 and 30 minutes.
