ESSMANN classic skylight dome
are made of high-quality acrylic glazing, have an opal tint as standard and are available in two, three and four-skinned versions. All sizes are encased in a stable kerb frame with an integrally moulded drip edge for protection from the elements. The kerb frame also protects the edges of the acrylic skins and allows the skylight dome to be installed quickly with the help of the reliable hinges. The skylight dome is always installed on an appropriate skylight base.

ESSMANN classic PC - st skylight dome
The ESSMANN classic PC - st skylight dome is a highly energy-effective construction element for innovative new construction projects, renovation projects, and for converting or repairing industrial, commercial and retail buildings. Depending on requirements, the ESSMANN classic PC - st skylight dome is fitted with one polycarbonate web plate and one or two arched acrylic skins. Both the PC web plate and the upper skins are integrated into the PVC kerb frame from the tried and trusted ESSMANN classic range of skylight domes. 5 different glazing options are available from the standard programme:

• PC 16/7 transparent + 1 acrylic cover skin, opal
• PC 16/7 transparent + 2 acrylic cover skins, opal on the outside, transparent on the inside
• PC 16/6 transparent + 1 PETG cover skin, opal
• PC 16/6 transparent + 2 acrylic cover skins, opal on the outside, transparent on the inside
• ESSMANN AeroTech plate + 2 PMMA cover skins, transparent

ESSMANN classic PC - s skylight dome
The ESSMANN classic PC - s skylight dome is a highly-efficient construction element for daylight utilisation, aeration and ventilation of industrial, commercial and retail buildings, for use in both new construction and renovation projects.
The classic PC - s skylight dome is based on the tried and trusted classic skylight dome kerb frame, into which a polycarbonate web plate PC 16/7 has been integrated. Aluminium support arches give the PC web plate a slight arch to avoid water residue.
The classic PC - s skylight dome is compatible with numerous products in the ESSMANN classic range.

ESSMANN plus skylight dome
ESSMANN has developed its plus skylight dome especially for buildings that require an enhanced interior appearance of the skylight dome. The difference between the ESSMANN plus skylight dome and the ESSMANN classic skylight dome is the integration of a thermally separated aluminium clamping strip on the former. The aluminium profile on the inside houses a surrounding C mounting slot for flexibly integrating ESSMANN aeration and installation units, for example.

The combination of top quality 2, 3 or 4-skinned acrylic skins integrated into the kerb frame and the thermally separated aluminium profiles produces a marked improvement in the heat insulation properties.

The ESSMANN plus skylight dome is supplied as a single unit consisting of skylight dome and system frame and is ready for installation. A safety frame, which overlaps 10 cm along the lifted roofing membrane on the skylight base, has also been incorporated into the system frame which is made of PVC with incorporated aluminium sections. Thanks to the design of the system frame, the seals are not visible, regardless of whether the dome is open or closed. This produces a better and smoother indoor appearance of the skylight dome.

Two top quality surrounding EPDM seals ensure a tight seal between the skylight dome and the system frame.

The ESSMANN plus skylight dome can be individually combined with all other components of ESSMANN's skylight dome system.

ESSMANN Lichtkuppel comfort plus
Die ESSMANN Lichtkuppel comfort plus gewährleistet durch die Wärmeschutzverglasung aus Verbundsicherheitsglas und dem aus Aluminium gefertigten Einfassrahmen der Lichtkuppel optimale Wärmeschutz- und Schallschutzeigenschaften. Sie eignet sich hervorragend für den Einsatz in Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäuden.

Die klare PMMA-Überdeckschale (ESSMANN Comfort Schale) verhindert, dass sich Schmutz- und Wasserrückstände auf dem Glas ablagern. Die Überdeckschale wird mit dem Abdeckprofil direkt auf dem Aluminiumeinfassrahmen fixiert. Zu Reinigungszwecken kann die Überdeckschale jederzeit, mit wenigen Handgriffen, demontiert werden.

ESSMANN round skylight domes
are made of high-quality acrylic glazing, come in two and three-skinned versions, and have an opal tint as standard. Fixed and ventable models are available. The skylight dome is always installed on an appropriate GRP base: For the fixed version, the skylight dome and skylight base are screwed together, whilst for the ventable version a stable venting frame is used between the skylight dome and the skylight base. The venting frame is prepared for the installation of ESSMANN cylinders or ESSMANN servomotor openers.

ESSMANN pyramid-shaped skylight domes
are made of high-quality acrylic glazing with side walls sloping at an angle of around 30� and have an opal tint as standard. The acrylic glazing is surrounded by a stable kerb frame with an integrally moulded drip edge for protection from the elements. The kerb frame means that the skylight dome can be retrofitted at any time for daily aeration and ventilation. The skylight dome is always installed on an appropriate skylight base.

ESSMANN glass pyramids
are designed as 4-sided, square pyramids with a slope of 45°. They are made of high-quality, 24 mm thick insulating glazing. The inner pane is made of compound safety glass. The supporting structure consists of a thermally separated aluminium profile. The glass pyramids are prepared for daily aeration and ventilation by means of ventilation motors (24 V or 230 V) with a lifting height of 500 mm. The glass pyramids are completely pre-assembled and mounted on a heat insulated 30 cm high GRP base. Glass pyramids larger than 180 x 180 cm are delivered separately from the skylight bases due to their weight.
