ESSMANN Dachausstiege sind individuell einsetzbar und sind in den Varianten Typ G (Gasfeder) und Typ M (Motor) lieferbar. Je nach Nenngröße stehen verschiedene Ausführungen zur gasfederunterstützten oder motorbetriebenen Öffnung zur Verfügung. Alle ESSMANN Dachausstiege werden in Kombination mit der ESSMANN Lichtkuppel plus ausgeführt. Die Dachausstiege werden werkseitig im Systemrahmen der ESSMANN Lichtkuppel plus vormontiert und ausgeliefert.
Zur Nachrüstung bei vorhandenen ESSMANN Lichtkuppeln vom Typ classic, 810 oder älter ist auch weiterhin der ESSMANN Dachausstieg Typ 6/1 als Nachrüstsatz lieferbar.
Für den Einstieg von außen, z.B. in Zwischendecken, können alle ESSMANN Dachausstiege auch als Dacheinstieg ausgeführt werden.
ESSMANN egress hatch, type G
Type G (gas spring) consists of two gas springs fitted to the side that allow easy and convenient opening and closing of the skylight dome. All pressurised gas springs have highly effective damping properties to securely hold the skylight dome in its opened position.
The skylight dome is easy to close thanks to the hard-wearing plastic belt stored in a rope roller on the right-hand side of the hatch. A secure and convenient catch is provided for locking the skylight dome.
This type of hatch is completely pre-assembled at the factory for skylight dome sizes 60/90 to 150/180 cm. |

ESSMANN egress hatch, type M
Type M (motor) consists of two servomotors fitted to the side that comfortably open and close the skylight dome. The motors are designed for 24V DC or 230V AC mains voltage. An additional power pack is needed for the 230V AC version, which is included in the scope of supply.
The lifting length and power of the spindle motors is determined by the size of the hatch. The positioning of the drives is determined at the factory and guarantees that the skylight dome opens and closes evenly and smoothly.
The motors on a type M hatch also offer a comfortable option for aeration and ventilation.
This type of hatch is completely pre-assembled at the factory for skylight dome sizes 90/120 to 150/180 cm.
ESSMANN egress hatch, type M, for use as a smoke extraction (SE) system, regional building ordinance compliant, for staircases
The type M egress hatch can optionally be used as a smoke extraction system in a set consisting of the type M hatch, a (2 or 3-skinned) ESSMANN plus skylight dome and an ETZ 24V/2M-1G staircase control centre. |

ESSMANN egress hatch, type 6/1 (for retrofitting)
Type 6/1 incorporates a gas spring-driven hold-open arm as a manually-operated lifting aid. This type is only available as a set for retrofitting existing ESSMANN skylight domes, types classic, 810 or older. |
